About Monica
I was born and raised in Madisonville, Texas. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school. I graduated from Madisonville High School and later graduated from Texas State Technical College with an Associate Degree in Computer Science. After working for several years I decided to dedicate my time to raising my children. When my son was a few years from graduating from high school, I decided to earn my real estate license. Fortunately, we have a great Jr College, in our area, so I enrolled and completed my real estate courses at Blinn College. It's been great working with individuals and families helping them find their next home.
I am a licensed Realtor and have earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. I am also a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). I specialize in representing my clients with the purchase and sale of their residence and Farm & Ranch properties within the Brazos Valley area. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance, and inspection information.
